Joseph F. Cerra

Mr. Cerra graduated from Temple University Fox School of Business in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Legal Studies. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2023.

While attending Delaware Law, Mr. Cerra served as an Intern to the Environmental and Natural Rights Law clinic, assisting clients in complex litigation related to environmental policy. Mr. Cerra was awarded the GreenWatch Institute Award in Memory of Jerry Shields scholarship for his contributions to the Environmental Law clinic.

After completion of law school, Mr. Cerra served as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel M. Kurkowski, J.S.C. in the Family Division of the Cape May County Superior Court. While clerking in Vicinage 1, covering matters in both Atlantic and Cape May County, Mr. Cerra handled a variety of family law matters such as family dissolution, family matrimonial, domestic violence, and violations of restraining orders.

Mr. Cerra is barred in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Cape May County and Atlantic County bar associations as well as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Pennsylvania State Bar Association.
