Erika Lezama-Simonson focuses her practice on condominium law, land use and zoning, real estate transactions, business formations, estate planning and estate litigation. She is a compassionate advocate with commendable skill in litigating. In 2023, Ms. Lezama-Simonson and Mr. Barry achieved a $4 million dollar verdict on behalf of their client in a motor vehicle jury trial. To date, it is the highest verdict ever awarded in Cape May County. Ms. Lezama-Simonson uses her fluency in Spanish and English to represent individuals of Spanish-speaking backgrounds throughout South Jersey. Ms. Lezama-Simonson is barred in New Jersey and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. She serves as a Trustee and is a member of the Cape May Bar Association and is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association. She is active in the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) where she serves on the NJAJ Law Students Relation Committee and is a co-chair for the NJAJ New Lawyers Committee.
