Oliver T. Barry, Esq. is the managing partner of the firm and specializes in personal injury and civil rights litigation. He graduated from Ursinus College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers Camden School of Law in 2013.
Mr. Barry has years of trial experience handling a variety of complex matters involving general litigation, personal injury matters, and civil rights actions. He is also an experienced Appellate advocate who has helped establish new law to help protect consumers and victims of institutional abuse. In 2021, through his role as Co-Lead Class Counsel in the Edna Mahan Sex Abuse litigation, he helped obtain significant reforms and a 20.7 million dollar settlement on behalf of victims of abuse at the hands of corrections officers at New Jersey’s only women’s prison located in Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
Mr. Barry is barred in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the Federal District of New Jersey. He is a member of various local county bar associations where he practices law, is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is on the Board of Governors for the New Jersey Association for Justice.
