Erika Lezama-Simonson focuses her practice on plaintiffs’ personal injury law and condominium law. Ms. Lezama-Simonson also has experience in practicing plaintiffs’ consumer law on both an individual and class action basis. She is a compassionate advocate with commendable skill in litigating. In 2023, Ms. Lezama-Simonson and Mr. Barry achieved a $4 million dollar verdict on behalf of their client in a motor vehicle jury trial. To date, it is the highest verdict ever awarded in Cape May County. Ms. Lezama-Simonson uses her fluency in Spanish and English to represent individuals of Spanish-speaking backgrounds throughout South Jersey. Ms. Lezama-Simonson is barred in New Jersey and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the Cape May Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association.
