Shauna Friedman

Shauna Friedman is a compassionate and zealous litigator who joins Barry, Corrado, and Grassi after working for a decade at another personal injury firm. She has worked to achieve civil justice for thousands of Plaintiffs due to catastrophic personal injuries, toxic torts, medical malpractice, civil rights violations, and sexual abuse. She was a catalyst that assisted in bringing approximately 2,000 individual cases to resolution after a train derailed and leaked over 20,000 gallons of hazardous chemicals, exposing residents and first responders to the toxic fumes. She has successfully litigated dozens of cases for homeowners against major chemical companies after their private potable wells became contaminated with hazardous chemicals. In addition, Shauna has litigated hundreds of child sexual abuse cases against the Catholic church, schools, and other institutions, and has worked to resolve many individual personal injury matters.

Prior to receiving her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School, Shauna graduated from Stockton College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Behavioral Neuroscience, and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology.
